I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Vermont. I've had a longtime passion for natural healing that began as a young mother in 1995. What started as 'kitchen' study of nutrition, herbs, and massage, blossomed into professional training in acupuncture and bodywork. I began my formal study and practice of massage in 1997. After completing several professional massage and bodywork training programs and practicing different modalities I found that Shiatsu, Amma, and Reflexology are my favorite, both to receive and give. I began my studies in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbalism in 2005 completing a three year apprenticeship in Vermont with Scott Moylan. In 2008 I moved to Berkeley to commence Chinese medicine studies at the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College and graduated in 2012. I have been an acupuncturist at the Berkeley Acupuncture Project since 2012. Prior to my full time massage practice in Vermont I ran an environmentally based home care service as well as residential garden care.
